Search table and shortcuts for delete, add row, etc.

Is there a function to search a table for a specific name? I need to remove rows from tables and to search by name would be much easier than scrolling through the entire table. Secondly, are there keystrokes or shortcuts for commands such as delete row, add a row, anything like that instead of having to scroll to the bottom of the page.
