Hello there, after a lot of unsuccesful tries, I’ve come to you guys. I’m trying to replace the genericons included in the theme with Font Awesome, given that these ones are updated more frequently and have a lot more of icons (bandcamp for example). I’ve tried pastying the code metioned in http://fontawesome.io/get-started/ in the head, and also created a function as in https://www.sitepoint.com/using-font-awesome-with-wordpress/. I’ve tried both in the child and the parent theme. Also pasted the css and fonts content in the respectives places. I guess there’s a code somewhere else telling the theme to use the genericons…Could someone lend me a hand on this?
