Use for system emails only?

I’m using the plugin on a site that uses several other plugins (Sliced Invoices, Booked Appointments, etc.) to send various emails. Those plugins send HTML emails already, so I’d like to reserve the email templates for vanilla WordPress emails such as password resets, new user registrations, etc.

Is there a filter I can use to prevent all plugins from using the template?
