Enable same comments under every post

Hey guys, for some reasons I need to edit my WP files so that every comments, regardless of the single post under whom it has been posted, will be visible under every page.

For example:
– Andrew posts “Great job” under the single post entitled The Tree of Life
– Bryan posts “Nice” under the single post entitled The New Moon

When I visit the single post entitled My New Car, I want to find the two mentioned comments above “Great Job” and “Nice”.

What should I do to setup this?
